Mr. DN Dogra, Director
- Decades of Experience: Mr .DN Dogra has dedicated over 60 years of his life to the service of the nation—30 years as a senior psychologist at various Services Selection Boards (SSBs) and another 30 years as the driving force behind Dogra SSB Coaching and Personality Development Centre.
- Educational Expertise: A qualified psychologist and a renowned educationalist, Mr. Dogra has been instrumental in shaping the careers of thousands of aspirants. His deep understanding of human behavior and learning processes has enabled him to develop a unique approach to coaching that focuses on the holistic development of personality and leadership skills.
- High Success Rate: Under his guidance, the center has achieved a remarkable success rate, with numerous students securing positions in the Indian Armed Forces. Mr. Dogra’s methods are proven, time-tested, and result oriented, making him a respected figure in the field of defence coaching.

Maj. Gen. Sanjeev Dogra, Chief Instructor
- Educational Background: An alumnus of the prestigious National Defence Academy (NDA), the Defence Services Staff College, Wellington, and the College of Defence Management, Secunderabad, Major General Dogra has a rich academic background that complements his extensive field experience. Maj Gen Sanjeev Dogra is a qualified Interviewing Officer.
- Distinguished Career: Major General Sanjeev Dogra’s military career spans over 35 years, during which he has held several key positions in the Indian Army. His leadership and strategic acumen were honed in some of the most challenging environments, including the icy heights of the Siachen Glacier and the insurgency hit areas of Jammu and Kashmir. As a Brigade Commander in the Strike Corps and later as the General Officer Commanding of a Mountain Division along the Line of Control (LoC), Major General Dogra has demonstrated exceptional leadership in combat situations. His strategic decisions and leadership were instrumental in maintaining operational readiness and effectiveness in these challenging environments.
- Instructor and Mentor: Major General Dogra has served as an instructor at several prestigious military training institutions, including the Indian Military Training Team in Bhutan, the Officers Training Academy (OTA) in Chennai, The College of Defence Management Secunderabad and the Infantry School in Mhow. He tenanted the appointment of the Dy Commandant and Chief Instructor at the National Defence Academy before superannuating in June 2024. His expertise in operations research and military strategy has made him a sought-after mentor for officers and cadets alike.

His leadership style is characterized by decisiveness, integrity, and a deep commitment to the welfare of his troops. He brings this same level of dedication to his role as Chief Instructor, ensuring that every student receives the highest standard of training.
- Strategic Thinking: With a background in operations research, Major General Dogra teaches his students the importance of strategic thinking and planning. - War Gaming Development: As the Commandant of the War Gaming Development Centre, Major General Dogra was responsible for developing state-of-the-art computer simulated war games for the Indian Army. These simulations have been instrumental in training officers in modern warfare tactics and decision-making.
- Training and Development: Major General Dogra’s tenure as Deputy Commandant and Chief Instructor at the National Defence Academy (NDA) Khadakwasla saw significant enhancements in the training curriculum, focusing on holistic development and leadership training.
- Legacy of Excellence: After retiring from active service, Major General Dogra continues to contribute to the nation by training the next generation of leaders at Dogra SSB Coaching. His vast experience, coupled with his passion for teaching, makes him an invaluable asset to the institution.
